![]() It's trying to center itself, so servo (controller/motor) itself is still working. Also remember the tiny rubber seals if you want it to keep being waterproof.įorgot to mention that your servo screaming at you and spinning furiously after you took it apart is intended. Do test the servo before closing it back up. With everything assembled correctly there should be a satisfying snap as the plastic gear clicks into place on the sensor shaft. If it doesn't seem long enough to be able to do this, don't be afraid to use a pair of pliers to grab the sensor shaft and yank it all the way out. This could result in it only turning one way, or the servo screaming as it's trying to return to center but never can. There is a sensor shaft connecting to a potentiometer internally (by the electronics in the top bay) and the weird gear that only has teeth around half the circumference. Traxxas Extreme Power is the new normal and E-Revo comes ready for any challenge. I've had good experience with the stock servo's, and only stripped the internal gears once. After which I had some weird behavior that took me a moment to troubleshoot.
